1. Make sure that the printer is powered on and linked to your computer via USB or by Wi-Fi.
2. Open the “Printers and Faxes” window. In Windows this can be done by going to the Start Menu, and then selecting “Printers and Faxes”.
3. Right-click on your Epson L801. In the small window that appears, select “Properties”.
4. Select the “Service” tab.
5. Select the “Reset Printer” button, and then click “OK”. This will reset the printer to the factory settings.
6. Once the printer has been reset, click “OK” to close the printer properties window.
