5B00: Service Mode
1. Turn the printer off.
2. Hold down the “Reset button” and hold down the “Power button” until the LED light on the printer flashes as many times as the number of times you pressed the “Power button” before.
3. Release both buttons.
4. Select the “Service Mode” option using the arrow keys on the printer’s control panel.
5. Press the “Select” button to confirm your selection.
6. Follow the instructions on the display to enter the service mode.
